New Era Public School Dwarka, celebrates as Indian badminton team creates history by winning the Thomas Cup 2022 by beating  Indonesia  3-0. Indonesia had their dominance over this Cup and have won it 14 times previously. A proud moment for all Indians, players and  sports enthusiasts...!!

Summer Ready…..
It is the season of freedom and fun for kids.
Beach vacations, swimming,  ice creams , fruits , lemonades,  and school holidays .
Students of kindergarten, indulged in summer activities with great excitement , on the last working day, before the summer holidays. 
Kids enjoyed  the activities to the fullest. 
The activities exposed them to the fun side of  summer season.

To kindle poetic flair among the New Erians, an Inter house poetry recitation competition was held on 11th May 2022. The competition was conducted for the students of Classes III to V. The themes for the same were ‘Happiness’ and ‘Nature’. The children participated with great vigour and enthusiasm and exhibited their talent. 
Reciting poetry helps place emphasis on the sound and the rhythm of language, thus building a child's phonemic awareness and help to solidify a foundation for reading abilities.

Leadership is the challenge, to be something more than average.

The Investiture Ceremony of the Student Council was held  on 10th May 2022.
Mrs Usha Chopra, Chair Person, New Era Public School , Dwarka , graced the occasion with her presence  .
The Director, Mr Rohit Chopra was also present .
The office bearers were badged by  the Chairperson  and  the Director.
The Junior Student Council, the first of its kind, was inducted this  year.
Mrs Usha Chopra, in her address to the students, congratulated the students and advised them to embrace their duties with utmost sincerity.

Everything about food is science.

Students of class XII cooked Maggi in two different ways and learnt the concept of elevation in boiling point.
Hands on activities in science, help students  to apply their knowledge and truly understand the subject.

A tribute to mothers ....
Mothers Day was celebrated by the kindergarten kids. They sung a  song  and made flower pots and flower baskets for their mothers .Mothers  need to be  loved, cared and respected for their selfless deeds.Children need to be more sensitive and grateful for this fact and thank them for the sacrifice they make.

Ecoclub members of Classes VI  to VIII  did  composting during their club activity .Such activities help the children to develop an environment friendly attitude.
